Concert
Details:
Bicentennial Concert at Trophy Point. Registration is required for those who are planning to play. All others are welcome to attend of course but no registration information is required.

Playing in the Rehearsal
Details:
For the Association members who still play, we'll be able to sit in on a few numbers with the current band. If you desire, you can sit in on the rehearsal but not perform, but if you are planning on playing at the concert then attendance is mandatory at the rehearsal. Registration is limited to former bandsmen. Also, in order for the librarian to have ample preparation time for music, you must register in advance as a rehearsal participant. Feel free to invite your guests to observe but registration is not needed for them.

Sunday Brunch
Details:
Brunch will be served at the Ermirio's Restaurant in Highland Falls,West Point Club. The all-inclusive cost for the meal is $35 each for a gourmet brunch.
Registration is required for everyone since we need an accurate count.

YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION TO REGISTER FOR THE ACTIVITIES. THAT SIMPLY MEANS THAT AN EXTRA $20 IS REQUIRED TO JOIN FOR ONE YEAR. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER, PLEASE GO ONLINE AND SIGN UP BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE REUNION ACTIVITIES.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION:
Register yourself first. Just click through the screens and register for each event (business meeting, rehearsal (if playing), concert (if playing), and Sunday brunch at Emirio's.) If you are attending the weekend alone, then pay for the applicable event online or send in a check once you have completed registration.
If you are bringing guests, you are able to add them on the second screen. Once you've added everyone then you choose what each person is attending. Spouses & guests do not have the option of the rehearsal or the concert. Of course they can attend, we just need their info. Once you have completed the registration for all of your guests, then finalize the process and pay for everyone at once, either online or send in a check.
If you need to add someone later then log back in like before and choose "sign up yourself." Then on the bottom click the option that denotes you are/are not attending and you're registering someone else. Don't put yourself in there again.
This process can be confusing but please don't get frustrated. Just call me with any questions or if something goes awry. Regardless of what may "mess up," it can be fixed. Don't let it scare you. Even if you mistakenly register someone numerous times, I can fix it. Even if you really mess up and your CC is overcharged, I CAN FIX IT.
